When tasting wines keep in mind this one basic concept: the product you are drinking must please you. You can buy a famous label, but to love a fine wine, drink it with pleasure and share the enjoyment with family friends, that is a very personal experience.

Daily Tours

A Tuscan holiday would not be complete without at least one excursion. Beppe, our private driver, can help you to discover some of the more interesting hidden places in Tuscany. The only problem here is selecting from the extensive range of great cities of art like Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Lucca and Pisa; to the smaller but no less interesting towns of San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza; to the myriad of charming hilltop hamlets of Chianti; or finally, to the numerous Roman and Etruscan archaeological sites of the region.

Another option might be to tour the peaceful countryside and enjoy the splendid panoramas of the Val d'Orcia, or the green and unspoilt Casentino on the slopes of the Pratomagno mountains.

Further south lies Mount Amiata, and heading towards the coast you arrive in Maremma or the popular resort of Versilia before continuing on up to the Cinque Terre region with the famous coastal path “Via dell’Amore” (Love’s Path).
The criteria on which all the activities are based, come from the positive feedback and appreciation shown by previous guests who, perhaps tired of the usual “beaten tracks” as itineraries, were able to try something different, unpretentious, and yet of a high quality that gave them the opportunity of experiencing and actually “tasting” a piece of our culture.

Tourist locations are often surrounded by state parks which, along with the many thermal springs, dot the region once defined as "the world's garden".
