“La Casaccia” Apartment

At the rear of the Villa, overlooking the Arno valley, there is a separate apartment with it’s own entrance and garden (sleeping 2 + 2), that is available to rent independently from the Villa.

The ancient stone walls of the apartment provide a quiet and peaceful refuge, a place in which to relax from the heat and noise of city life, in an atmosphere of old world tranquillity.
This is the place to come to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.

La Casaccia is an intimate apartment with a good sized double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower, plus large living room with comfortable double sofa bed and dining area.

In the fully equipped modern kitchen there is a small table, fridge and freezer, microwave and cooking facilities in typical Tuscany style. There is shared use of the swimming pool.
