The Villa’s main rooms on the ground floor are wonderfully light and spacious. The large hall, the heart of the house, with it’s beautiful frescos on the walls and ceiling, has comfortable armchairs and welcoming sofas, while various other smaller lounges offer quiet, cosy corners for reading and relaxation. Each room has it’s own unique character. The walls are painted in soft pastels made from natural pigments and the fabrics used for curtains and canopies come from small Tuscan artisan workshops.

The ground floor has the following rooms: a smaller living room with 2 sofas and satellite TV; a living room with a special collection of antique mirrors; a third living room adorned with additional frescos plus telephone line with Internet connection; spacious dining area with large dining table; family sized kitchen with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, American-style coffee machine, toaster; laundry facilities.

The main hall leads out onto a large terrace with wonderful panoramic views, and via a wide flight of steps down to the lower terrace and Italian garden with it’s pathways and low hedges enclosing flower beds and a fountain.

Also on the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower. The bathrooms are located just outside the bedrooms.

The first floor has 5 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom (2 bathrooms with bath and shower and 3 bathrooms with shower). Available on request: additional single bed or child’s bed, highchair.
